Rocky is amazing 🤩 . Our 2026 Ford Explorer had a major glitch in the Car Play application.. we came up to Soir Lake Ford and asked for help with our vehicle phone connection. Rocky happily came out to our car and went through all of the procedures to get them to reconnect. Within 10 minutes we were back on the road with both of our phones back on CarPlay !!

I ran over a…. i think it was a dead deer in my 2022 Prius and it caused the under motor sheild.to come loose. I could not drive over 50 mph, it would start flapping under my car. Sounded like someone was nocking underneath my car. I called Sour Lake Chevrolet. Cheyanne in the service department took my call and she was so helpful and sweet! She and her whole tem deserves a raise and a big bonus and a promotion. The fixed my car lickety-split and i was back on the road in no time. I Highly recommend this dealership.

Dalton and Chris were professional and friendly. Kept me up to date with everything they were doing to my truck. Had me fixed and back on the road in about 90 minutes. I drive 33 miles away for my service even though I have one 5 miles away.

Had several issues and a recall on my 2017 Z-71. Two other dealerships in the area failed to provide good customer service and did not take care of the issues, sour Lake Chevy was very friendly, provided excellent repair and maintenance for my vehicle a d provided me a very nice workspace while I waited for the repairs. I'd give 6 stars if it were possible
This is a great place to do business. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Chevy products. They were willing to answer any and all questions. Matt even moved our toolbox and contents from our old truck to the new one. And we asked them to move the running boards from our old truck to the new one, they did it with a smile! We are very pleased!

Sour Lake Ford was so much better than my local big town dealership. They actually respond to phone calls had a quick appointment time. I went months just trying to schedule a recall at my local Beaumont dealer. They had no issues dealing with my extended warranty people and even paid my deductible because I had to bring my car back for something they missed the first time. Will be using Sour Lake for all my car repairs.

I reached out about a week or so ago to schedule an appt for a recall issue I had on a vehicle! Chris in service(Chevy) was extremely polite and informative.he notified me that I actually had 2 recalls. Upon arriving today the entire staff has been nothing short of amazing! I’m on crutches due to recovery of broken ankle. They offered to open doors and walked me to each location I needed to go rather than pointing, offered drinks and snacks.
