Had several issues and a recall on my 2017 Z-71. Two other dealerships in the area failed to provide good customer service and did not take care of the issues, sour Lake Chevy was very friendly, provided excellent repair and maintenance for my vehicle a d provided me a very nice workspace while I waited for the repairs. I'd give 6 stars if it were possible

This is a great place to do business. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Chevy products. They were willing to answer any and all questions. Matt even moved our toolbox and contents from our old truck to the new one. And we asked them to move the running boards from our old truck to the new one, they did it with a smile! We are very pleased!

Sour Lake Ford was so much better than my local big town dealership. They actually respond to phone calls had a quick appointment time. I went months just trying to schedule a recall at my local Beaumont dealer. They had no issues dealing with my extended warranty people and even paid my deductible because I had to bring my car back for something they missed the first time. Will be using Sour Lake for all my car repairs.

I have been looking around at trucks for several weeks. I had a line on one in Houston at a dealership, but when I got there, it just didn’t feel right. The Salesperson was high pressure, and I ended up walking out after spending most of the day there trying to make a deal. On the way home I decided to pull into Sour Lake Motor Co. I was soon greeted by Matt Nielsen, who did an incredible job helping me. He was courteous, professional, and accommodating. Not only did I find a truck I like better, but also a salesperson I can easily recommend to friends and family. This dealership was a very refreshing experience for me and they’ve made a customer for life.

I reached out about a week or so ago to schedule an appt for a recall issue I had on a vehicle! Chris in service(Chevy) was extremely polite and informative.he notified me that I actually had 2 recalls. Upon arriving today the entire staff has been nothing short of amazing! I’m on crutches due to recovery of broken ankle. They offered to open doors and walked me to each location I needed to go rather than pointing, offered drinks and snacks. Cheyenne was truly heaven sent, she kept me updated throughout the entire process. A 30 min- hr visit turned into a 4 hr wait, Cheyenne offered to share her snacks and even offered to bring me to grab a bite. I was upset having to get unexpected additional work done but as I stated before Cheyenne made the entire process a breeze. I’ll definitely keep them in mind when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle!
